Common questions

Three questions we hear most

Straight answers to the enquiries that reach the bench most often. If your question is not covered here, send it through the form and we will answer it directly.

What kinds of systems does Rydlnk LLP integrate?

We work with production controllers, sensor gateways, office and plant networks, accounting and operations platforms, and cloud services. The common thread is that the systems were bought separately and now need to behave as one. We also handle legacy equipment that must keep running while it is brought into a modern environment.

Do you take on small engagements or only full programmes?

Both. Many clients start with a single bottleneck, such as unstable firmware, a flat network segment or a cloud migration that stalled. A short engagement is often the honest answer, and we will say so if a full programme is more than the situation requires. Roadmaps can be delivered as standalone documents.

How quickly can the bench respond?

Enquiries sent to support@rydlink.buzz during business hours are normally answered within one working day. Urgent operational problems should be raised by phone on +19459418112 so the bench can triage them immediately rather than waiting for an email to be read.
